Body cleansing basically indicates the cleaning of our bowels, kidneys, lung area, liver and blood. Anything that can help eliminate harmful materials from our body is known as a form of detoxification.
Contaminants
Nearly anything with detrimental effects on our cell function or structure is a harmful material. Those are the basic substances that produce frustrating and/or unhealthy effects in the human body and weaken the overall health and stress the biochemical organ functions.
Common harmful toxins comprise secondary smoke, industrial chemicals and their by-products, pesticides, food ingredients, pollutants, environmental hormones, and many more. The truth is, on an annual basis, more than 25,000 unique toxins are revealed.
Toxin types
Heavy metals toxins include lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic, nickel and aluminum. They accumulate in the human brain, kidney, and the immune system.
Liver is the body’s primary detoxing processor. It clears the entire body from alcohol, solvents, chemicals, inorganic sprays, herbicides, and food ingredients. The liver requires anti-oxidants and other supplements to help it perform well.
Microbial toxins are those produced by unwanted microorganisms in the gut and soaked up by the human body causing disruptions in body functions. This is often prevented by eating fiber-rich diets.
Toxins are formed from protein by-products (urea and ammonia). They are removed through the filtering system. Purifying the kidney require drinking plenty of water (8 to 10 glasses) and minimizing protein intake (red meat).
Effects
External toxins are those ingested by deep breathing, eating, or through physical contact. Inner toxins are those produced by our bodies through its natural functions.
These toxins trigger discomfort and inflammation of the cells and tissues resulting in abnormal functioning of cells, organs or the whole body itself.
Toxic effects are cumulative and build over time leading to breathing problems and destructive habits. Long-term exposure at times results in genetic changes in the cellular level. The World Health Organization linked toxins to 60% to 80% of all cancer tumors cases.
Toxic symptoms
The body gives out signals that say you may want detoxing. You may experience unexplained headaches, body pains, joint disease, and difficulties in your digestive system.
You would notice you have memory problems, fragile nail and hair, allergy symptoms, psoriasis, unnatural body smell and smelly breath and other unexplained cases.
Benefits
Body detoxing has many positive aspects. The liver, filtering system and the blood are purified. The digestive system is rid of accumulated waste and unwanted bacteria.
The reduction of chemical and other food ingredients lead to enhanced mental clearness, as well as stimulation of the hormone and immune systems.
Today, we all need body cleansing. The main reason is straightforward: we are all open to toxic compounds on a daily basis from all around you, from our food, air, h2o, and even from objects that people touch.

Make homemade soap and visions of cash just seem to appear. My family moved about 35,000 bars of soap from the kitchen sink to customers all over the world. Listed here are Five tips for selling soap to make money.
1. Designing it.
Handmade soap is all over the place. Everyone wants to get wealthy by cleaning up the world, one person at a time. Why purchase your item? Most everybody now knows the story of why handmade soap is much better. Most of your potential customers already have tried handmade soap, with varying quality items. And I use the word “quality” loosely, what they often got was half-cured, poorly developed junk.
Design a bar that’s various and tell why it is different and you have customers for the unique item. They will buy from you instead of from the competition. Just build something much better and different. It is simple to do…
2. Producing soap.
Carefully designed and carefully made soap truly is really a luxury product. Cut no corners and make no excuses. That doesn’t mean you need expensive amazing ingredients either. Snake oil doesn’t make much better soap. Carefully combined coconut, palm and olive oils are hard to beat. Tweak your soap with exotic ingredients only when the basics are perfect.
3. It is marketing and not just selling.
Advertising implies there is a plan. It’s much more than just obtaining a couple of sales. It includes logo style, producing brochures, catalogs, attending shows, getting in stores, a whole system. Be satisfied with a few revenue and you will soon wear out and wear down.
4. Getting customers.
But how do you get customers to start with? Where can you begin? If you could find some place where many interested people could look at your products in just a short period of time, would that be good? What if it only charge a little fee to get in there? What if you could possibly sell a thousand dollars worth of cleaning soap a day for 2 or 3 days, would that work? All that’s fairly simple to accomplish. It may take some time to work up to that, but there’s an opportunity.!.
5. Following for success.
When you have revenue, that is the key. Stay in touch with customers and also the repeat sales are what will break or make a small business. Remaining in touch is easier than ever. For instance, web websites are perfect for that, together with email. Obtaining new customers with web sites is difficult… too much competition. Following up with existing customers with a web website is really a natural.
Make handmade soap and you have an excellent hobby. Promoting that soap in little quantities is simple. Some even move the volume up, but it takes consideration to detail to grow and maintain a soap company.

In my efforts to go totally healthy and organic in my home and body products I decided to test four leading natural shampoo brands here in Australia to see which is best on my hair. I’ve never really been a fan of natural shampoo’s because they never seem to clean my hair as well as regular brands and often leave my hair in a dry messy straw like mess at the end.
But determined I was so over the course of two weeks I tried the following shampoo’s: Endota Spa Organic Shamperfect Mint Shampoo, Alchemy Mandarin Shampoo, Miessence Organics Desert Flower Shampoo and Organic Instinct Natural Shampoo. Here are the results in order of best to worst:
BEST – Alchemy Mandarin Shampoo. I like that this shampoo has no parabens, sulfates or other nasties. While I did need to follow with a conditioner to settle my hair down afterwards, I’m not saying it’s perfect but out of all the shampoo’s I tried this one got the most ticks.
RUNNER UP – Organic Instinct Natural Shampoo. I absolutely love this shampoo. It actually made my hair look and feel (and smell) the nicest of the bunch but alas I had to take some points off because it contains sodium laureth sulphate. Now I know laureth isn’t as bad as lauryl but it is still a chemical I’m trying to avoid. But ohh how I love this shampoo .. Sigh.
THIRD PLACE – Miessence Organics Desert Flower Shampoo. I really wanted this shampoo to do better than it did. I’m in love with the Miessence range but am very disappointed with how this cleaned my hair. Granted this shampoo is the healthiest and most natural of the bunch but I was left with a messy mop at the end that didn’t seem to improve as I tried it again.Â
LAST – Endota Spa Organic Mint Shamperfect. The only thing I like about this shampoo was the packaging (very cute) and the smell (the mint is divine). Everything else was horrid (didn’t lather, didn’t wash out, left my hair greasy) and even worse the mint made my head itch. Avoid!

Choosing organic skincare is probably one of the best decisions you can make for your health and your skin.
More and more frightening statistics are now emerging about the chemicals in our cosmetics and what it can do to our bodies, which is why many companies our now turning to organic ingredients.
And with good reason.
It not only can protect your health but also the earth.
You need to become an ingredient detective and choose only products that will be beneficial to you.
If it is certified organic it will display the appropriate symbol on the packaging such as the USDA organic seal in the USA and the Australian Certified Organic seal in Australia.
Organic skin care is priced higher than regular skincare because of the quality of ingredients used, so budget can be a concern for some people, but I for one have officially joined the organic movement and have binned any cosmetic that doesn’t conform with my high standards.
Too drastic?
Maybe, but I already know that I have health issues and now that I know my products could be the culprit. I’m not turning back.
Now if I can only get my food in check …
