Natural Healthy Beauty, Make-up, Skincare for Busy Women

The first question that most people who are considering getting into the party plan business usually ask is how much money can I make?
Well the truth is – I don’t know. That is up to you.
I can tell you that there are a few people making HUGE amounts of money – incomes that would rival and even surpass most professional business people’s salaries.
There are also tens of thousands of people making a little bit of money. Enough to afford a nice car, a holiday at the end of the year or even those designer shoes that you have your eye on.
And of course there are some people making no money at all – they are usually the ones that get into party plan simply to get their favorite products at wholesale prices. Which of course is a very legitimate way to get your fav’s at a bargain if you ask me. Whoever it was that said ‘never pay retail’ knew what they were talking about!
If you live in Australia, and are thinking about getting into the beauty/spa business (either to earn some money, or just to buy your products at a discount), give me an email at tracey [at] lazyspagirl.com to discuss getting your own account.

If you’ve been considering getting into the Party Plan business for some extra cash, a new career or even just to get an account to buy your products at a discount then when you consider the amount of different companies out there, it can be hard to choose the right company.
So which one do you choose?
It depends on whether you are getting into the Home Party business to make some money, or to get your favourite products cheaper. If you are only joining to get your own account, then it makes sense to choose a company based solely on whether you like the products or not, how much discount you are eligible for and how much the starting kit is.
However if you are looking to earn some money or build a career, then there are a few more factors to consider such as commission rates, consultant incentives (cars/holidays/cash), and whether there is a market for your product.
You should also look seriously into how much support the company gives it’s consultants. You want to be able to access training and support especially when starting out.
As a general guide, products that are highly consumable such as food and cosmetics, are easier to market because there is always a need for the products, however items such as jewellery and kitchen items are often purchased on a one time basis and are therefore less consumable.
